Welcome to our new website, and blog! Tehama Property Management is undergoing many great changes. Aside from the new website, TPM has introduced new software which now allows our tenants to submit applications online, once approved and the tenants move in you can pay your rent online, schedule future payments, review past payments and even request maintenance to be conducted! To my knowledge we're the only management company in town that offers these options! Isn't it cool that you can pay your rent with your credit or debit card and earn some airline mileage, or rewards points! We of course still accept rent the at the office as usual if you're not ready to take the leap and pay online.
On the flip side of this, our property owners also have an online portal to access their monthly statements and invoices and they can keep a recorded online, secure history of the transactions that are related to their properties.
What else is new? Chelsie, our awesome staff member, who's actually been with us several months, is at the office daily from 8:30am to 1:30pm. She's here to help field questions and concerns and is truly our right hand lady!
Another big upcoming event: We're moving offices!!! But don't fret you won't have to go far, we're still located in the same building! We will just have a venue that is separate from Remax Top Properties. Our new address, starting mid May will be 320 Oak Street. Rather than accessing us through Remax's front door, you'll find us just around the corner on Oak Street by Wild Oak and Wink ;0) So, when you come in to pay your June rent, you'll come see us at the new locations.
