Locally owned and operated by Tyler and Victoria Miranda, they started the business in 2009. Since then they have been providing top of the line property management services in Tehama County.

It's almost the 1st!!! Rent Payment Options at Tehama Property Mgt.

It's hard to believe it's almost June 1st!  At Tehama Property Management we're offering our tenants the MOST options on how they may pay their monthly rent.  We aren't the typical Property Management Company, we know our tenants are busy, on the go, and online!  This is why we're making things easy and have a payment option that fits everyones needs.

Current Payment Options Include:

1- Online-  Current tenants may request a secure portal on our website by clicking HERE.  We will be able to set up an secure online portal for you where you may make manual or scheduled recurring payments.  There are many Benefits to using our Portal including:

View and Pay your bills anytime (24/7)
View and Pay your bills from anywhere with an internet connection
Set up an automatic payment
Sign up for automatic reminder emails
Review your payment history

2-Cash at a 7-Eleven or ACE Hardware Store-  Are you interested in paying cash at a local 7-Eleven or ACE Hardware Store?  Request a payment Voucher at our office and we can send you a payment voucher so you can make a cash payment.  There is a small service fee, however if you're out of town, this might be a great alternative!

3-In Person-  Our office is open M-F 9am-4pm and you can pay by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Cash-  Our preferred payment methods are Money Order or Cashier's Check as they are the most secure for all parties involved.  If you are unavailable to make your rent payment during business hours, Our convenient and secure online option is a safe alternative.

Our goal is to make extra efforts to accommodate our tenants so that paying rent is easy!

Extra Extra!

Welcome to our new website, and blog!  Tehama Property Management is undergoing many great changes.  Aside from the new website, TPM has introduced new software which now allows our tenants to submit applications online, once approved and the tenants move in you can pay your rent online, schedule future payments, review past payments and even request maintenance to be conducted!  To my knowledge we're the only management company in town that offers these options!  Isn't it cool that you can pay your rent with your credit or debit card and earn some airline mileage, or rewards points!  We of course still accept rent the at the office as usual if you're not ready to take the leap and pay online.

On the flip side of this, our property owners also have an online portal to access their monthly statements and invoices and they can keep a recorded online, secure history of the transactions that are related to their properties. 

What else is new?  Chelsie, our awesome staff member, who's actually been with us several months, is at the office daily from 8:30am to 1:30pm.  She's here to help field questions and concerns and is truly our right hand lady!

Another big upcoming event: We're moving offices!!!  But don't fret you won't have to go far, we're still located in the same building!  We will just have a venue that is separate from Remax Top Properties.  Our new address, starting mid May will be 320 Oak Street.  Rather than accessing us through Remax's front door, you'll find us just around the corner on Oak Street by Wild Oak and Wink ;0)  So, when you come in to pay your June rent, you'll come see us at the new locations.
